Little Miss Aline Cushion
Little Miss Aline is at once little Miss Splendid,
Little Miss Stubborn (oh, yeah!), Little Miss Giggles, and Little Miss Scatterbrain!
(I would gladly add Little Miss Mischief, Little Miss I-Don’t-Like-To-Nap, and Little Miss Greedy, but they do not exist!).
Aline now has her cushion on the sofa, a cushion to her likeness, on which she can sprawl on while reading her Mister Men and Little Misses.
Only imperative to respect, you do not drink your glass of milk on the cushion (“And Florent should not touch it!”, dixit Aline).
I do not have much merit for this project as all cross stitch embroidery was made by my Mom, and that I merely put together the Aida canvas into a cushion- with removable cover, I am not crazy!
( Thank you, Mom!)
The grids are from a nice book, and I am now working on another four designs to create a counterpart to this cushion for Florent- a little guy version: Mr. Happy, Mr. Greedy, Mr. Nosey, and Mr. Tickle ( my children’s favorite because we have Mr. Tickle’s spoons, and they are too swell!!!).
But strangely, I am afraid that Florent’s cushion will drag a bit… Cross stitching takes time!

Oops! Don’ tell Aline that I lent HER cushion to Florent for the photo shoot, she would roll on the ground with rage.
P.S: thank you for all your kind words on my previous post! I love to read your comments, so feel free to continue posting on my blog!
And Happy holidays to all those who are lucky to relax on the beach!
